How many of us can honestly say we wake up every day feeling excited about the work we do? Riddhi does. While her role is at times challenging and the complex problem-solving required stretches her, at the end of the day she is motivated to find better ways of doing things and she takes inspiration from the highly creative team at Dugan & O’Sullivan that is working towards changing the world, one brief at a time.
Having worked as a journalist feature correspondent and being part of the inception of social media marketing in its first 5 years in India, Riddhi brings a wealth of experience to Dugan & O’Sullivan. From Bollywood to Superannuation and Retail to Engineering, Riddhi has worked across a variety of industries on integrated campaigns. Through years of experience in research, project management and advertising production, Riddhi naturally digs deep into data, processes and creatives to see what’s working and what’s not.
No two days are the same in agency life and client services. Riddhi has certainly mastered thinking on her feet. She thrives on being extremely organised, yet flexible and she has witnessed the Dugan & O’Sullivan value of ‘We grow as our clients grow’ firsthand.
Riddhi is currently reading Daniel Kahneman’s ‘Thinking, fast and slow,’ an in depth look at psychology and behavioural economics. Her mind is always ticking and she loves to learn.
